Genuine Paid Directory web directory, is a newly launched web directory. In less than five months time, it attained a PR 5 for its homepage and also got some pretty decent PR for its inner pages. It was placed second on our best newcomer directory contest, tied with bqtm directory This could only be achieved through heavy marketing and a lot of time investment from the webmaster.
Genuine Paid Directory comes with an interesting design, clean and neat. The visitor can see a directory with some portal - like features.
The directory itself has plenty of mods installed, such as browse by PR, homepage newsfeed, deep links mod and A-Z mod. The submission form is clean and it has two basic options: regular, with 3 additional links, and featured with 6 additional links. Prices are 14.95$ for regular and 49.95$ for featured links with features being yearly, while regular links are permanent.
Reviewing the other features the site has to offer, we can see a blog which has a lot of content and is also updated with new posts regularly. There are also templates and mods pages available, offering free and paid services. It also has a collection of freebies for webmasters, with useful scripts ready to use. It even has an arcade page so that someone can spend some time there.
Overall we saw a pretty nice directory, with lots of features and plenty of content, which is a point that all directories have to take care of, in order to be able to provide valuable links to the submitters. IDK has no problem with this. The design is user friendly, and the navigation through the site is preety easy.
Genuine Paid Directory is here. Climbed high in a very short time, and showing us that it is here to stay. Flaws? We haven’t noticed any. I think that a webmaster can find what he needs from a directory in there. Maybe the price of the featured links is a little high, but if IDK continues this way, it will get a nice price / value ratio.
